What Causes The Appearance Of White Lines On The Skin After Scratching?

After I scratch a scratch on my arm. It leaves white lines after my nails exactly were my nails scratched. It wasn t like that yesterday. Yesterday I was light headed, my energy drained out of me within an hour and I went and laid down abd passed out. And I had chest pains. I m 17 and also have severe back pains. Any suggestions or diagnosis on these problems?

.The appearance of white lines on scratching is suggestive of dry skin.The best way to avoid scratching that you keep your skin wet by applying good moisteriser eg Nevlon lotion/Dew soft cream etc
