my sister-in-law awoke this morning at 5:30 to go to the bathroom. her symptoms are as follows: feel like a strong magnet is pulling me to the right, I m bumping into things and feel like I m falling, and I m walking like I m drunk. I ve had vertigo in the past but this is a very different feeling.
