What Causes The Bottom Rib To Stick Out More Than Usual?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...Hi ive just noticed my son has a lumpon his rib it's his bottom rib and now i think about it it's alway stuck out more then the other one but when you lay him down it looks like a lump? what could this be?
