What Causes The Bulging Of Scrotum With Itchy Testicles?
Last night When I was sleeping I suspect a spider bit me in the testicles.They were really itchiy.Then throughout the day today My scrotum has been getting increasingly bigger and filled with fluid,now it is the size of a grapefruit.also seems to have a hard streak on the underside.

It seems that there might having allergic reaction due to some insect bite giving edema on the part and severe itching.
Apply ice pack on the affected part.
Take antihistamine like Cetrizine or benadryl for a day or two.
Ok and take care.
