What Causes The Chest Area To Become Bright Red?
I'm female, 15 years old, around 5'5, I weigh 10 stone and I smoke (around 5-10 a day) I've developed a nasty pghlemy cough, and today I noticed my chest area was bright red, nothing could have provoked this (hitting or such) I don't really have a medical history, I've been pretty much fine all my life. But I'm slightly worried, help?

This sounds like a contact dermatitis allergic reaction and while you can try Benadryl for it, if it doesn't subside in a day or two you should have a doctor check it out
