What Causes The Delay In Menstruation?

Hi , having been taking ovacare and folsafe tablets for 25 days now ( from mid of my current ovulation cycle ) . My period is delayed by 10 days now. Was not sexually active this menstrual cycle. What could be the reason for delay ? What should I do now.
