What Causes The Elevated Values Of WBC And BUN?

I am a relatively healthy and fit 52 y/o/f. I was scheduled for MRA and had blood test performed prior. Have been denied two times now because BUN 14, creatinine 1.1,GFR 55.4. Also UA continues to show blood and nitrites. WBC was elevated but not repeated after given cipro. Any tests that you would suggest next?

hi.
thank you for posting query at HCM.

considering lab values, it appears you had kidney/ urinary tract infection.
no further test required. You did not mention why you required MRA?complete the treatment with cipro. and then have urinalysis, BUN and Blood routine test ( CBC) once again. You may discuss results with treating physician or post them here. if tests are normal, you may go ahead with MRA.

hope to answer your concern
regards
