What Causes The Eyelashes To Shed?
Why are my eyelashes falling out is it due to a bacterial conjunctivitis? I have green discharge and have been put on eye drops called trimethoprim/polymyxin b it hasn t helped at all now put on tobramycin drops. Help will it cure my eye infection and stop my eyelashes from falling out, since i have to wait until october to see ophthalmologist. Thank you

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
If both of above mentioned antibiotics are not working than try Gatifloxacin eye ointment application twice daily. Wash eye frequently. Use separate towels and napkin. If require start oral Amoxicilin 8 hourly with physicians advice.
