Hello
Welcome to health care magic.

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that your sister is having retinal problem following delivery. This is most probably in the form if serous detachment of the retina.
This usually resolves by itself. If it is not resolving need to undergo evaluation by investigations like fund us fluoresce in angiography and laser treatment may be required.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
