Hi
The first thing i can think of is to let this be for a while, trying to make conscious swallowing movements and waiting for the gum to follow down your throat in to the stomach. It appears to be of no immediate harm if you can still breathe freely and talk, plus swallow water easily.

To make sure if it has passed down your food-pipe or not, you can get it checked by a clinic nearby, with a torch examination. I assure you that it should resolve over next few hours. If not, then a manual removal can be done as last resort by your local doctor.

Hope this allays your worry. Please feel free to ask for any more help.
