Hello just began this evening feeling like I had food stuck in my throat. Gurgling water, drinking eating not making any difference. Took picture and notice dangling flesh off of tonsils. It s positioned so I can feel every time swallowing, making me feel sick. What do I do? I have trouble eating as it is with anxiety sickness, I worry this will make my eating a harder process. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
