What Causes The Frequent Urge To Urinate And Right-sided Abdominal Cramps?

Hi Ive been having the urge to pee all day like as soon as I try to go and cant except a trickle then walk out I feel it again but I ve just started cramping in my right side and have a little bleeding and am suppose to start my period Friday is this normal?

Urge of urine at the time of menstrual cycle is not unusual , so need not to worry .
However , in few cases such urgency of urine may be due to these possibilities these include:
1 Urinary tract Infection ( UTI ) diagnosis can be confirmed by urine examination.
2 The next possibility is of urinary calculus , stone anywhere in urinary system ( from kidney to urethra ). Diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of system
3 Due to anxiety or tension is the another cause of such urgency .
In my opinion at present just wait and watch , once period is over and still feel problem then deal as mentioned .
However , sometimes diabetes may be the other cause of such symptoms.
So if recurs consult physician and get his opinion.
