I do exercises to strengthen knee muscles. One is to lay on back and extend legs out to the side. When i do this with my right leg it pops at the hip when I bring my leg back in. If I extend my leg in a downward motion and bring it back it doesn't do it. No pain associated with it. Just annoying. What is going on?
