What Causes The Inability To Conceive?

hi, my name is meetu singh and am from Santa Clara California , me and my husband were planning for a baby , we are trying from the month of January and now we had completed 6 months while doing this process for having a baby but i haven t got a positive result , somehow i feel like while having intercourse all the semen comes out and nothing goes inside. i don t know what to do in that case but am worried about that. Hoping for your response .
