What Causes The Inflammation In Throat And Phlegm Through The Mouth?
i am having frequent throat inflamation and sore throat in the morning,tiny ball of flum comes in the morning through mouth only and voice is coarse, my doctor says it is sinus, if i take cetrizet i feel drowsy in the morning, i have already undergone. nasal surgery (septro plasty) can i use nasal spray regularry will it have any side effet, what will be the best treatment. i have tried saline gargle

Helloo read through your query. I suggest you to be cool and calm. I must say that before sleeping at night do steam inhalation for half an hour. Then your sinus will be cleared. It is usual only. Nothing to be worried in this situation. Have lots of warm water and do salt water gargle at night. It will cure your probs. Hope you are benefitted something from my reply. Have a healthy day!!!
