What Causes The Lack Of Growth Of WBC And Diagnosed With Pancytopenia?

Hi. am diagnosed with pencytopenia caused by a drug called Azoran. Platelle count has risen back from 59000 to 1.75 lacs but Hb level is at 7.3 ..... up from 4.9 after infusing 2 units of PACT cells. The bone marrrow biopsy report is awaited.... however they say after 6 days they still no growth of White blood cells... what does it mean and what can now happen
