What Causes The Pain Around The Anus During Pregnancy?

I am having pain in between my butts 1 inch above the anus. I had this problem when I was 8 months pregnent, now my kid is 1 yr 5 months old. At time puss formed n I had to go through a small operation or incision that too without anesthesia. The pain subdided after a week of that operation. n now again im having a same pain at the same place.

It seems you have fissure in anus. This is crack in the anal region which gets infected and causes pain.
Mostly this is due to hard stools due to constipation which is common during pregnancy.
Even after one year of delivery, if it has recurred again, there is a good chance that you are having amoebic infestation. You may get it confirmed by stools examination done after an overnight purge. Leave the first sample and collect last portion of the second sample for laboratory microscopic examination.
It can be treated by metronidazole group of medicines. After completing the course of this medicine, you may undergo only stretching which in most of the cases heals the fissure; if not, you may have to undergo the surgery again.
It can be performed under anaesthesia.
