Since you are using computer professional using computer this can be because of dryness induced by computer called as computer vision syndrome. This requires use of artificial tears eye drops to prevent dryness and to take precautions to avoid excessive use of computer. Since you are also complaining of pain in the ear ENT examination is required to rule out inflammations/infections of the ear and treatment for them if present.
