What Causes The Presence Of Dark Small Particles In The Urine?

My period is ending and I am aware of brown discharge being normal however after urinating I see a lot of dark small particles both in the toilet and also on the tissue paper. It seems to be in my vagina not from my urinary tract. It's nothing from outside area.
