What Causes The Presence Of Minute Gestational Sac?
Positive pregnancy tests, LMP April 24, TVS shows a minute gestational like structure measuring 0.42 x .40cm. Endometrium is 1.33cm decidualized.Yet sonologist could not answer me directly what she has seen as the gestational like structure.All she indicated was normal sized anteverted uterus with decidualized endometrium / gestational like structure as described / normal right ovary / polycystic left ovar (volume is more than 10cc). No AOG was given, no info if there is the double decidual sac sign. No mention as well if the sac is empty or what. Please help. Tension is building up daily. Had a miscarriage last December after trying to conceive for 9 years (my only child was born in 2004, after 7 years of trying) so this pregnancy is of utmost importance to me.

Dear madam,I understand your concern.in my opinion , repeat the TVS after a week to see any improvement in findings.continue taking prenatals and also harmones.dont worry and hope for the best.
