What Causes The Recurrence Of Chlamydia Infection?

What are the possible reasons of the reoccurence of glaymedia infection other than having intercourse with the person infected? Here is the case, I have that infection and I was treated. My husband undergone laboratory test and he is negative of the said infection. Now after the treatment we had an intercourse and now I jave the infection again as I jad my cervical swab test. So I am wondering what s the reason to have it again?

Hi,

My opinion is that you have to take utmost care during your periods. Unhygienic condition during menstrual cycle may result in to chlamydial infection. Ask your husband to use condoms for few days during intercourse and see the result.
