What Causes The Recurrence Of Swollen Red Eyes And Lids?

Every couple of weeks i present with swollen red eyes and lids... I have a few times been prescribed tobramycin drops thinking it was conjunctivitis... I have also had on two occasions a 1.5cc IM kenalog injection... The injection seems to help for a short while but then the symptoms reoccur... Any thoughts??

It can be inflammatory ,allergicconjuctivitis It can also be chronic blepharoconjuntivitis. It sometimes occur in coeliac disease. Local examination by eye doctor is essential to arrive at conclusion. A general health checkup may be done.
