What Causes The Rise In Temperature Particularly During Evenings?
I have been having a rise in my body temperature from the past 3 days during the evenings. It stays for a while (like 2 to 3 hours) and then the body temperature become normal. During this time my head feels heavy, I am unable to concentrate and work and feel dizzy as well. Kindly suggest as I am yet to see a doc.
Hi, Evening rise of temperature occurs due to normal physiological ( decreased cortisol level in evening hence raised body temperature ) circardial rhythm or pathological condition ( mostly infectious ie Tuberculosis , URTI , UTI ........ETC). So firstly check your body temp. with thermometer when you feel malaise , weakness to know the grade of temperature . If you have symptoms associated like chills rigour cough burning micturition loose stools etc shows infecected origin . So drink lots of fliuids with ORS ( one packet mixed in a litre of water ) and if symptom doesn't goes or any of symptom of infective origin as explained are there then visit general physician for further management.
hope it ll help
THANKS N REGARDS
