What Causes The Sensation Of Insects Crawling On The Body?

I have had a felling like something is crawling on my face, hair, ears and sometimes my back and arms for quite a while. Went to the dermatologist a few weeks ago and they did a patch test on my back . They found a few allergies. I Stopped using products that they said I was allergic to. Nothing has improved but only has gotten worse . I am at my witty end . What is this.
