What Causes The Sharp Pains And Shaking In My Arm?

Hi, recently I have been experiencing sharp pains along the right hand side of my right arm. I starts from just below my elbow to my wrist. I also have a numb feeling in my hand and pain along my thumb. My hand will also not stop shaking. I’m not sure what the problem may be?
