What Causes The Shrinking Of The Left Side Buttocks?

Hi, I AM ALMOST DESPAIRED...
I have a strange problem: it grows and develops over the last 5-6 years... My left half of the buttocks is getting smaller, the right half also shrinks, but the situation with the left one is almost a nightmare... Do you know in your practice a problem like this? - What is your advice? ONCE AGAIN - MY LEFT HALF OF THE BUTTOCKS IS MUCH MORE SMALER THAN THE RIGHT ONE.

THE SHRINKING HAS NEVER STOPED SINCE IT BECAME - IT ONLY APPEARS TO BE VERY SLOW...
MY WEIGHT NEVER WAS DRAMATICALLY INCREASING OR REDUCING - IN A PERIOD OF 10 YEARS I BECAME 80 KG FROM 75 KILOGRAMS BEFORE .
