What Causes The Soreness Of The Veins?

Hi, lately my right hand has been bothering me. Normally when I'm crying or getting angry, I heard it may be a nerve problem.. I'm not sure. I was just wondering. The veins in right hand feel sore and becomes very hard for me to move right hand and use it properly, pain last around 5-10 minutes.. gradually easing up.

Respected sir, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly.
As there is difficulty in moving and using the hand properly means there is underlying problem either vascular or neurological.
Relation is with transient disturbances in peripheral circulation or neurochemical transmissions by vivid reasons.
I suggest you take an appointment with Neurophysician and get proper clinical evaluation to manage it perfectly.
Till that time :
* Avoid excess weight lifting .
