What Causes The Strange Dream Of Being Strangulated After Masturbating?

Hi I m a 20 year old male and this might sound wierd,but after i masturbate i usually fall asleep very quickly den just as i go into it i immediately have a dream that of being stangulated,i cannot move but i can feel the strangulation,i can breathe,it was almost a real life experience,the whole epidsode lasted for 1-1.5minute,when i woke up my heart was beating very fast this has happened a few times,and next time it happened i could say its a dream but the choking is so intense i try to react,it happens mayb once amonth

Go with the research indications. Ignore the dreams. If you start worrying about those weird dreams, you shall become obsessive and anxious. Your studies or job may be affected due to that.Ignore them.
