helloo hasan...read through ur query...based on ur symptoms i can say that it can be a condition called xerostomi(lack or reduced saliva)..it can be due to many reasons..stress and tension or due to damage of salivary gland etc etc...but nothing to worry..u have to keep ur mouth hydrated then u can speak properly...drink lots of water...take chewing gums..certain drugs called sialogogues are also available...better take it aftr consulting ur near dentist...reduce tension...be happy..happiness is the best medicine for any disease...hope ur benefitted something by my reply..have a healthy day!!
