There can be various causes of
abdominal bloating and discomfort. Eating too much of spicy and oily food and increased intake of coffee or tea, smoking, can cause such symptoms. It can also be due to
gastritis, infections of intestine (parasites or bacterial), urinary infections or stress and anxiety.
We also need to rule out problems related to pancreas, liver or kidney. I feel that first of all focus on your diet. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetable, avoid oily and spicy food and drink plenty of water at least 2-3 liters per day. Take small frequent meals. Go for some walk and do light exercises.
Also, if still your symptoms persist then go for some investigations like
complete blood count, FBS, TSH, urine,
stool test,
ultrasound abdomen and H.pylori (for bacteria in stomach). This will give you a proper diagnosis.
