What Causes The Urine Stream To Go Sideways Post Penile Implant Surgery?

i HAD A PENILE IMPLANT AND A CICUMCISION DONE AT THE SAME TIME BY A UROLOGIST SPECIALIZED IN PENILE PROSTHESIS IMPLANT BOTH AT THE SAME TIME iT HAS BEEN 9 DAYS AND THE SURGICAL WOUNDS HAVE HEALED. mY QUESTION IS THAt my urine strem goes sideways at first and then straightens out and goes at an angle. So now I have to sit and urinate to prevent my bathroom floor from being sprayed with urine

Hi,

This is because of anatomical distortion of urethra following the procedure. You can wait 2-3 weeks to see for any spontaneous improvement as the healing of internal tissue is completed - tissue contraction and remodelling may improve this a little. If no change by then, we will have to correct by urethroplasty.

Meanwhile, try some manipulation of penile shaft in opposite direction while urinating to see whether the stream is realigning.
