What Causes The Vagina To Shut Completely?

My vagina is almost completely shut up. I had a hysterectomy 15 yrs ago& now I have bleeding going on. A papsmear was out of the question ofcourse so I had a had an ultrasound. They couldn t see anything al now a CT scan is scheduled. I still have my ovaries fervid. I fear cancer. Could there something less scathe wrong with me. I am worried
