What Causes The Visibility Of Blue Veins Between The Mouth And Neck?

This morning I noticed visible blue veins leading up to my mouth and on my neck. My arm veins were also more visible than usual. Is this just natural aging? I am 55 years old and female. I am healthy, have been on low dose HRT patch for 2 years. I have a family history of thrombosis.

Respected Madam, hi mere appearance of arm veins without any evident clinical signs and symptoms are of no emergency concern, but still as you are on HRT patch and family history of thrombosis, better to get physician evaluation as early as possible and rule out any other remote possibilities of developing plaque or other pathology in concern with that dear thanks regards
