What Causes Thick Skin On The Left Palm?

some parts of the skin on my left palm are thickening. I fractured my wrist about three years ago and have been exercising and massaging may hands and fingers to get back my mobility. Is this condition a result of this. I am 68 years old and 4 11 in height

Exercising and prolonged manual working can cause thickening of skin over the palm, especially on dominant hand, It’s quite a normal change and nothing to worry in it. No treatment is required as of now.
