What Causes Thick Vaginal Discharge?

I've been put by my GP to cerazette after my polyp removal 2-3-14 took it 2-4-14 with some antibs the antibs ended on 2-10-14 got my period 2-13-14 lasted for a week no late or missed pills. Accrdng. to its leaflet once on certain medication such as antibs must use protection for at least 7 days after the antibs I and husband had condomless sex finished inside me 3-2-14 discharge is raw egg white on 3-1-14 checked my discharge its thick not foul smelling 3-3-14 up to know thick discharge but not foul smelling light yellowish. Is this normal?
