What Causes Thick White Residue In Urine While Having Penile Infection?

Hi my son who is 6 has a infection in his penis and Is on antibiotics he's done a wee sample cos it's not the first time he's had I'd but it's got a thick white residue in his wee and is so cloudy you can't see though the bottle?? Is this normal when having an infection like this? He's on co amoxicillin x
