What Causes Thick White Vaginal Discharge After Hysterectomy?

I had a hysterectomy after 9;weeks had a revision because incisions busted open.; m 6 weeks post op and am having thick white discharge. Doc thought it was a yeast infection and treated me w 2 week check up but the 6 week check up he tells me its not yeast and he doesn t know what it is and I m concerned. What could it be.
