What Causes Thickened Skin Colored Line Running From Anal Opening To Vagina?

Hi I saw a dr and was diagnosed with an anal fissure. I ve been using a prescribed antibiotic cream for a couple weeks with slight improvement. I have noticed that I have a thickened skin colored line running from my anal opening to my vagina. What is this? And Is this a concern?
