What Causes Thickening In Both The Ankles?

I have a thickening of some sort on both my ankles at the achilles tendon point. It lies on both sides on the inner ankle, basically it looked like my ankles are chubby. I have been reading everything. I have been do the doctor and hae Plantar Fascitis, but she didn't know about these lump like nodules. I don't know if it's the actually achilles, but it's not directly in the center but inner side.
