I am a 53 female post menopausal (may 2015 was one year)who had some bleeding for 28 days back in July. US showed thicken of the uterine lining. Since then, I now have a clear watery discharge from the vaginal area along with abdominal bloating, gas and heartburn whether I have recently eaten or if it has been over 4-5 hours. Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Thickened uterine lining (endometrium) after menopause needs evaluation. The cause for it certainly needs to be found out as you are having associated symptoms as well.
Kindly get an endometrial biopsy done on consultation with Gynecologist and following histopathology report will guide for further management of it and other associated symptoms.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
I find this answer helpful
