What Causes Thin And Narrow Stools?

i had black stools after drinking cocktails at a wedding and 2 birthday parties on back to back to back weekends. my stools are no longer black (i am not a drinker), but for the past few months they have been thin and narrow. does this mean anything?

IN the given situation, You seems to suffer from-Anal Fissure / or proctitis /with infected piles.
The chain of partying on back to back weekends has lead to black stools,has precipitated any of the conditions as noted above.
Other causes need to be investigated,before planning treatment for thin,narrow stools in your case.
Consults with Surgeon/ and stool-ova/cyst would fix the cause.
Hope this would help you to plan further of this complex illness of yours.
