What Causes Thin Penis Base Leading To Erection Problem?

I have been masturbating since i was 14 years old and now my age is 24. And i found out that my penis has become very this at base and that causes problem in erections. How can i treat this to normal shape and erections? Please help me out. Is it a serious prpblem?

You have mistyped in your query but I am guessing you were inquiring about your penis base becoming too thin? If so, then a physical examination along with a more elaborate blood and semen profile will be required. Once the cause is found we can easily treat it. In cases of penile muscular weakness, various implants can be utilized.
