What Causes Throat Constriction After Eating Proteins?

when I eat protein,my throat constricts and i am unable to swallow. Since I cannot swallow, the food is regurgitated. There is mucus in the vomit. YYYY@YYYY I drink water to help the food to pass through. It seems mucous forms and prevents the food from passing through.
