What Causes Throat Discomfort And Excessive Sweating?

I was in the hospital just recently and was discharged, but was not feeling 100%. I have been home for three days now and don t seem to be improving. I am diagnosed with crohns disease, and was in the hospital for c-dif which affected my crohns. I developed a rash in my mouth and throat and tongue w/bleeding. and was tested for strep. was found neg. but was given a miracle wash. I was given and am taking and antibiotic for a few more days until my follow up appt. but I have been having a continuous tickling in my throat w/coughing. no blood clear to foaming flem. I am constantly sweating,cold sweat, I feel clammy. I am steal having diarrea and steadly losing weight.

Hello,

The symptoms you explain may be due to Crohn disease. It may affect the digestive system from the mouth to the anal area so the throat problems might be related to that as well.
You will need to let your doctor know of the fact that you are not improving.

There is treatment to put Crohn under control and you might need to get that to help with the symptoms. If you already taking something to reduce inflammation in Crohn your doctor needs to know still so that other medications can be added or tried to help with the inflammation (these may be steroids or other medications that suppress the exaggerated immune reaction in the case of Crohn).
