What Causes Throat Discomfort And Irritation?

Continual clearing throat. Take dexilant for reflux, but seem to continue and now becoming restricting in throat. Came from Canada with these symptoms over the last decade but now seems worse Not sure if climate may have exacerbated the condition. Where yo go to get answers and testing

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to upper respiratory tract infection, GERD.
Take following advises:
Gargle with betadine 2% solution
Strepsil throat lozenges : every 4 hourly
Drink plenty of luke warm water
Syrup mucinex
Avoid spicy food
Continue dexilant
Avoid to go in pollutant environment
