What Causes Throat Discomfort?

Hello Dr., I am curious as to what might be causing a feeling like there is something crusty stuck in my throat. It s annoying but not painful. I still have my tonsils. I am 45 years of age. I can swallow but it feels like there is swelling but again, no pain. Please advise if you need additional information.

Tablet augmentin
Tablet ibuprofen
Tablet esmoprazole and syrup mucaine for acid reflux and esophagitis
