Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

She may be feeling secretions or salivation in the throat. It may be due to acid reflux or oral ulcers or pharyngitis.

Avoid food four hours before going to church. Use tablet Pantoprazole with Levosulpiride. Avoid cool drinks and cold water.

Use salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Avoid spicy food, alcohol consumption, smoking and caffeine drinks. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu,
