Sir, i have a problem in my throat from quite a few days now, pain is observed throughout and some time vomiting happens.i have consulted ENT specialist they said your throat is OK you have stomach problem. They treated me but no positive result acheived
Hi, you seem to be having these symptoms because of reflux. Your throat is normal on examination which usually is so in such cases. A laryngoscopic examination can show some congestion/edema of the arytenoids. Use of proton pump inhibitors with a prokinetic usually help in relieving the symptoms. In case the symptoms persist, an upper GI endoscopy should be done and treatment can be modified accordingly. Regards
