Moreover, it can be an upper respiratory tract infection, and If you are suffering from fever also then you have some kind of infection. Normally a viral or bacterial infection with fever, accompanies with generalized body aches. I wouldn t suggest you to see a doctor, so that he can examine your throat and can check either your tonsils are swollen or problem is in somewhere else.
