What Causes Throat Pain, Fever, Headaches And Sickness?

I ve been sick for about 6 days, with no improvement. It started out with throat pain, and over the past couple of days, I ve been having terrible headaches, fever, tension in the temples, and sinus issues (plugged ears, nose blocked). I ve taken Advil cold and flu, and antibiotics with no improvement. I m getting a little worried.

From your history it evident that you are suffering from sinus infection. Treatment for the same is Antibiotic such as Tab Augmentin 625 mg thrice daily or tab Uthral 500 mg once daily after meals with some decongestant like tab diominic-dca or tab wikoryl thrice daily after meals with cap omez or cap rabez twice daily empty stomach. You can also use some steroid nasal spray such as betamethasone or fluticasone but for not more than seven days at one point of time and otrivin or nasoclear nasal drop twice daily as decongestant. Another thing what you have to do is to take steam inhalation at least three to four times daily because it is very helpful in case of sinus infection.
